Quartz with Anatase, Hematite

DESCRIPTION:

A cluster of lustrous, water-clear, sharply-terminated Quartz, the largest measuring 38 x 13 x 7 mm. Very-small, sharp, doubly-terminated, dipyramidal crystals of blue Anatase are scattered on the Quartz. Some of the Quartz is included with plates of shiny black Hematite, and most are sprinkled with fine grains of shiny black Hematite. Only a few small Quartz crystals are chipped, and hard to see even under magnification. Collected in 2016 by well-known field collector Chris Lehmann.
