A striking and colorful specimen from the famous Mapimi District. Rich apple-green bubbly and knobby Conichalcite is nicely framed by red hematitic matrix. A few translucent white Calcites, one partly cleaved, provide a striking accent. In great condition, this attractive old specimen dates to about the mid 1960s, when this collection was assembled.
