Wulfenite on Galena with Fluorite
Sold

LOCATION:
Toughnut Mine (possibly Empire Mine), Tombstone District, Tombstone, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
DESCRIPTION:
Lustrous butterscotch Wulfenites to 4 x 4 x 2 mm are perched on a matrix of Galena and minor Fluorite. Blocky crystals are unusual for this locality which is under the historic town of Tombstone, Arizona. The Toughnut and Empire mines are on the same orebody and connected underground, so the precise locality is uncertain. Collected late in 1988 by Dick Morris and Mark Hays. No damage.
SIZE: 34 x 26 x 20 mm overall (Miniature)
