DESCRIPTION:
Battleship-grey cuboctahedrons and minor cubes of Galena to 9 mm are perched on the margin of the microcrystalline Quartz covered matrix. The Quartz partly covers the Galenas. Microcrystals of Chalcopyrite are lightly scattered. Some Galenas seem to display minor cleavage where the specimen was removed. This old specimen was originally purchased in 1978.
