Brazilianite with Tapiolite

DESCRIPTION:

A gemmy Brazilianite measuring 17 x 11 x 8 mm is aesthetically and perfectly perched on a matrix of smaller Brazilianites, and accented by black pseudo-monoclinic Tapiolite. The Brazilianite has glassy luster, and a lemon yellow color. This high quality piece from the type locality was hand picked by Ed Swoboda in the 1960s, and kept by him for over 30 years, when I purchased it in the early 1990s. No damage.
