DESCRIPTION:

Several cornflower-blue Benitoite crystals, the largest measuring 14 x 9 mm, are hosted on a plate of blue schist with bright-white Natrolite. The Benitoites are well formed and are partly matrix included. The Benitoites strongly fluoresce white. Several Joaquinite crystals to 1 mm are also present. This is a very good example from this famous mine.
