Benitoite with Neptunite
Dallas Gem Mine, New Idria District, Diablo Range, San Benito Co., California, USA
Sold

Miniature
53 x 41 x 22 mm overall
Real nice combo specimen with white Natrolite hosting several cornflower-blue Benitoite crystals to 20 mm, including a few very sharp, gemmy crystals with rich color. The largest crystal seems to consist of two Benitoites which intergrew, and is incompletely formed at the specimen's edge. Several lustrous black Neptunite crystals to 13 mm long, some doubly terminated, accent the Benitoites. This is a choice specimen.
