DESCRIPTION:
A lustrous, slightly translucent, pale green Grossular garnet crystal measuring 23 x 22 x 18 mm. This is an unusual color, which I believe is only known from this Utah locality. Although there are a few small chips, typical of garnets from here, it is a nice thumbnail with Ed Swoboda's original thumbnail mounting and label. It was held back by Ed for nearly 20 years, when I purchased it in the early 1990s for my personal collection.
