Fluorite on Quartz with Chalcedony
Sold

LOCATION:
El Portezuelo, Sierra de Ascasti, Catamarca Province, Argentina
DESCRIPTION:
Sharp intergrown cubes of Fluorite with yellow cores and blue edges are perched on sparkly white Quartz points, all on a chalcedony matrix. The largest Fluorite is 17 mm on edge. There is some damage along the margins, but I only see 2 tiny dings on the Fluorites with a 10x loupe. These came out of Argentina prior to 2003, and this specimen is in perfect condition.
