DESCRIPTION:
Multiple pockets of sharp, lustrous crystals of lavender crystals of Creedite to 2 mm fill the pale-greenish matrix. Snow-white, compact Gearksutite, a rare calcium hydroxy-aluminofluride, provides a nice contrast. Bright, brassy Pyrite fills several joints in the matrix. Collected in the mid 1980s, this is an exceptionally large specimen from this now closed and reclaimed Nevada locality.
