Stibnite

DESCRIPTION:

Very bright, greyish metallic crystals of Stibnite to 4.8 x 0.6 cm in size cross and are intergrown, presumably from two sides of a small pocket. Very small, hair-like Stibnite crystals are perched amongst the larger Stibnites. A small amount of matrix is also present. Very minimal damage around the periphery, and none of it is obvious. This ex. Richard Hauck collection specimen is from the classic Nevada locality.
