DESCRIPTION:
Blue botryoidal Smithsonite, with a fine pearly luster, covers a partly exposed, early layer of grey botryoidal Smithsonite. Accented with a patch of white Calcite(?), this nice example is not a recent piece from Choix, but is an old piece from Chihuahua, circa early 1960s, and is in very good condition. Mounted in a 65 x 65 x 63 mm plastic box, from when this collection was assembled.
