DESCRIPTION:
Lustrous, lavender-purple Quartz (v. Amethyst) crystals to 4 mm fill a vug in matrix from this lesser known Arizona locality located about 1 mile north of the famous Red Cloud Mine, along the same vein. Collected in 03/1991, Quartz specimens from this area are not common. No damage.
