DESCRIPTION:

Fiery orange-red, barrel-shaped crystals of Vanadinite to 8 mm, with well-developed apical terminations and satiny luster, are perched on sparkling jet-black matrix. Clear Calcites to 4 mm are perched on some Vanadinites. This attractive specimen was collected in February 1992 by one of the company geologists at a surface cut at Tiger. No damage.
