DESCRIPTION:

Fine needles of fiery-red Cuprite ( var. Chalcotrichite ) to 2-3 mm cover a matrix of crystallized native Copper. Collected by Ed Anderson in about 1978, it has been protected in a large perky box since it was collected. This showy specimen is in pristine condition.
