Magnetite
$4500

LOCATION:
Kovdor Massif, Kola Peninsula, Murmanskaya Oblast', Russia
DESCRIPTION:
Impressive plate featuring dozens of mirror-like octahedron Magnetite crystals on matrix! This plate is covered from one end to the other with lustrous Magnetites measuring to 2+ cm in size. These appeared in about 2002 in Tucson. A very impressive plate with no noticeable damage to speak of and lots of reflectivity. This is ex. Ernie Schlichter Collection, ex. Collector’s Edge specimen. Purchased in 2013 for my personal collection.
