Galena
$395

LOCATION:
Jiu Bao San Mine, Wuhuashan, Jiangxi Province, China
DESCRIPTION:
Sharp cubes of Galena to 24 mm are perched on a matrix of small, reddish, hematite-coated Quartz points. The largest Galena crystal is a penetration twin. These were found in 2009 from a small prospect in Jiangxi Prefecture, and I bought the two best specimens found. With only trivial chipping along some edges, this is a very attractive specimen.
