Grossular garnet
Sold

LOCATION:
Wah Wah Pass, Beaver County, Utah, USA
DESCRIPTION:
A sharp, euhedral, translucent, lime-green Grossular garnet is nicely perched on contrasting light-colored matrix. The garnet measures 25 x 25 x 22 mm. Although there is an incomplete back and a few chipped edges, as is common in these specimens, it is not very obvious from the display side. This is a nice example collected many years ago by John Seibel from this classic Utah locality, and is one of the only places to produce this color garnet.
SIZE: 43 x 42 x 31 mm overall (Miniature)
Specimen Number: WWG1
