Fluorite on Quartz

DESCRIPTION:

This is an outstanding display specimen from the Sunshine 3 1/2 workings of the famous Blanchard Mine. Rich-blue cubes of Fluorite to 29 mm, with satiny luster, are perched on clear/white Quartz points to 2 mm diameter. Some of the Quartz points form rosettes. The Fluorites have a light purple color on the edges. This is a well balanced specimen with a pair of interpenetrating cubes and a single cube, all of similar size. It is in great condition.
