31 x 29 x 24 mm

An aesthetic specimen consisting of a dark-grey 27 mm dipyramidal Scheelite octohedron which is preferentially etched, and perched on several parallel bright-black Wolframite crystals to 26 mm and Cassiterite crystals measuring up to 10 mm. A small Scheelite crystal is perched on the larger Scheelite. A yellowish Bertrandite crystal to 2 mm is also present. This is a very CHOICE specimen from Taewha, a now closed locality, with no damage. This specimen is an ex. Howard Minerals specimen; I purchased it from Dave Bunk in 1994. Per Dave, the original owner of specimen worked as a curator at the Smithsonian. Excellent blue-white fluorescence.
