DESCRIPTION:

A sharp, well-formed, lustrous, gemmy crystal of ruby-red Grossular garnet to 6 mm is perched on a strikingly contrasting white matrix. The matrix is a mixture of fine grained clear to whitish garnets and what is likely Wollastonite. Collected December of 1992 by Graham Sutton and Bob Griffis.
