Greyish Quartz points to 7 mm across are richly covered with blades of salmon-colored Rhodochrosite to 7 mm. A few purple cubes of Fluorite to 5 mm and a single, 5.5 mm, lustrous black Sphalerite provide an accent. The reverse side of the specimen hosts salmon-colored Rhodochrosite to 17 mm on contrasting black matrix shot through with brassy grains of Pyrite. This is a very richly-covered Rhodochrosite specimen from this famous Chinese locality, and is a good piece in great condition.
