Adamite

Lustrous yellow pinwheel sprays of bright-yellow Adamite in a sculptural, sinuous formation measuring a large 41 x 30 mm across, perched on limonite matrix, make up this aesthetic specimen. Many small single yellow Adamite needles are sprinkled on the limonite matrix. In excellent condition, with only a contact where it was removed, this specimen dates to about the mid 1960s, when this collection was assembled.
