Anatase

17 x 10 x 7 mm overall

A perfect, sharp, well-formed, slightly-flattened, black Anatase crystal with bright luster and a well-developed chisel termination is accented with a small amount of matrix. This doubly-terminated Anatase is 17 x 10 x 7 mm in size. The chisel termination is less common in Anatase from Norway. The high luster makes this difficult to photograph. Collected by Torgeir Garmo, this is a very fine thumbnail.
