DESCRIPTION:
Lustrous blue elongate crystals of Azurite to 5 mm are perched on clear to pale yellow Calcite scalenohedral crystals to 4 mm lining a vug. Collected prior to 1991 from the Holbrook Extension of the Lavender Pit at Bisbee, it is rare to get a specimen from this famous locality that is so precisely identified. This is an unusual combination. Only trivial damage around the margins.
